During this 5 session special, you will learn all of the nuts and bolts for a safe and fun yoga practice. The information we will cover is practical, comprehensive and straightforward. This experience is much more than developing a yoga practice. We guide you to cultivate an awareness of how to hold your body and understand the mechanics and essence of movement when standing, walking, sitting and simply breathing. We are excited for all that we will cover and discover!
