Before moving to NYC in August 2014, I had been teaching at Triyoga Studio London, and at my own studio in London for 15 years.
I have a wealth of experience working with motivated professionals who work long hours at several computer screens in high-pressure jobs, creating their fitness training, and also remedial sessions for those needing chronic pain relief.
I have also enjoyed working with many in the performing arts on performance techniques, fitness, chronic pain relief, muscle imbalances and injury rehab.
And some of my favorite students were not even born when I first started working with them! I love working with moms to be and moms and babies.
Some of my clients are chronic pain sufferers who experienced relief after only 1 session, while others enjoy a much-reduced level of pain and increased mobility.
I manage to challenge marathon runners and even elite triathletes and professional footballers with my workouts, and some discovered ways to achieve better performance in their game with less injury time.
I offer private classes, group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkrais Method Awareness Through Movement, and Hoop dancing.
Corporate Wellness classes in the workplace are also available.
I give delicious Raw Food Prep workshops and cater for private parties.
