We start with our beef which is a custom blend of 100% Black Angus beef: chuck, brisket and short rib. Our beef has no hormones or antibiotics and is ground daily for us by old school, 3rd generation butcher Pat La Frieda. Our tomatoes are fresh beefsteak tomatoes and our potatoes are Grade 1 Idaho Russets which are hand cut and twice cooked. Our produce is delivered fresh and prepared by hand on premise. We use only real cheese and our shakes are made with hand dipped premium ice cream.
