As an NYU grad student, I think companies like Literati Group are really essential in providing off-campus housing that is close to the city and reasonably priced. The staff is young and professional who approached me with a personable yet professional attitude throughout the entire process - from house viewings to the application/lease signing. I highly recommend Literati to those who seek a combination of friendly and professional housing provider. Also, Astoria is a great neighborhood to live in so location-wise it's an ideal choice!
