I first used the Literati Group to move into my apartment in Astoria a year ago and had an excellent experience with them. The customer service was great. Before moving in, they answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome to the neighborhood. After moving in, whenever I needed to get in touch with them, they were always available by phone and email with a very quick response time. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with! The amenities at my property are excellent as well. When I first moved in, everything was very new and very clean. All cabinets, fixtures, flooring, etc had been kept up very well and it felt much like moving into a brand new place. I felt instantly at home and am very grateful that I first decided to find my very first place in New York with the Literati Group!
