Named for his grandmother Carminella Fusco, who embodied old-world hospitality, the restaurant is located in the former Veritas space in the bustling Flatiron and Gramercy neighborhoods, offering an upscale approach to Italian cuisine in an elegant setting.

 

Fusco evokes a warm and welcoming vibe reminiscent of one's own home. A sophisticated bar and high-top seating area opens into an intimate dining room, where guests gather in cozy banquettes over Conant's house-made kinds of pasta and Italian fare, served with a thoughtful selection of new and old world wines. Suspended above, chandeliers add a gilded glint to the softly lit space.
