Many craft beer places tend to have the same décor and atmosphere. That's not the case at Mosaic. Grandiose antique furnishings, hand crafted wood, soft lighting and vintage chandeliers all combine to set a very stylish scene. And when you get a look at those plush, antique sofas and chairs, you'll know that comfort meets class at Mosaic.

And the food is really great as well. The kitchen has some very interesting small plate options, including a full line-up of above average salads, the Bavarian pretzel sticks with a honey mustard Dijon dip and their signature shooters, spicy cherry peppers stuffed with prosciutto and provolone.

A nice selection of artisan cheeses and Charcuterie are available as are some extremely inventive and tasty paninis. Choices include Brie cheese with Apricot, grilled chicken and Mozzarella, topped with an out of this world artichoke spread, smoked BBQ pulled pork with chipotle mayo and a delicious Cuban panini.

Dips and chips always go great with a glass of wine or a beer. Guacamole and spinach-artichoke are among Mosaic's most popular dips. The house-made hummus is served with warm pita bread and fresh veggies.

The bar offers a varied list of tempting and thirst quenching draught beers. Some of the selections change daily, so check out the menu board and remember to ask your server what's good today. Belgian style ales abound here as do fruit and spiced options like Lindeman's peach lambic, Ithaca apricot wheat and Dogfish Midas spiced. There is also a limited, but quality, selection of Sake available, in addition to reds, whites, ports and dessert wine.
