Literati was very helpful and quick in response whenever I wanted to hear from them even after getting the apartment. Due to sudden notice on tight deadline I had to move to Astroia, Queens and being new in that area, I was unable to find a good apartment. However, within couple of days of searches with my colleagues and then going through online searches I happen to find Literati. Before, I meet them I had seen couple of other brokers around and I couldn’t find them better than Literati. They have very well management staff who deals with tenants reliably solving their issues within no time. I was stuck with one of my room mates who wasn’t decent enough to get along with and I had no other choice than shifting into other apartment but thanks to Literati they helped me get into another apartment and things settled later on. It was really great experience living in Astoria and credit goes to Literati group for their cooperation and wonderful services. Keep it up!
