I used Literati almost 2 years ago and it was wonderful having rented from Literati. The customer service is truly amazing I had no problem dealing with the staff neither were they irritated with my questioning which is the case when you go to see other brokers. Infact. I was fortunate enough to find Literati through recommendation of my cousin Shuweta, who himself had been the past tenant and loved opting Literati group for their awesome service. My neighbors were very cooperative and welcoming. It was pleasure discussing with staff and their patience towards my queries was incredible. The housing scheme they offer ranges in numerous options and that too in average to high rents depending on what you can afford. Based on my range of affordability I got a good apartment at that time and they tried their every effort to make me feel comfortable with their customer service and I am impressed with their dealing and formality of paper work went perfectly okay.
