Back before SingleCut was open for business, our Head Brewer/Owner Rich was interviewed for Edible magazine by local beer writer Niko Krommydas on the direction of our soon to be opened brewery. Recently Niko returned to re-interview Rich on our hoppy brews, and Niko discovered this prototype bottle he still had from back in the day of our “BILLY” Half-Stack IPA.
