We are located in the heart of the Gowanus, one of New York’s hottest neighborhoods, right off of the F, G & R trains in Brooklyn-- a hop and a skip from Manhattan, Red Hook, Bay Ridge, Park Slope & downtown Brooklyn.  Come in and imbibe from our seasonal cocktail lists made from only the best stuff, without the fuss, and made in good time.  Sit at the bar where the action is, in the laid back lounge featuring works of local artists on the walls & a tuned piano, or in our backyard garden for some fresh air, drink & cigarette in tow.

We here at LL don’t have to post a list of rules on how to behave, like some of our peers.  We don’t call ourselves “mixologists.”  We are instead proud bartenders and raconteurs specializing in hospitality!  The music features an eclectic blend of Jazz, R & B Blues, Rock & current Pop.  So if you would like to join the party, if you like an adult vibe with great spirits, music & décor, we eagerly look forward to your visit.  If, however, you want fuss, pretentiousness, and the like, you might want to look elsewhere.  

We continually feature live music, tastings and “industry” nights so like us/follow us on social media’s usual suspects to stay in the loop.

We also feature bar snacks served late like our Grandma’s Meatballs, homemade Moroccan Hummus Plate, Hank’s Honey Roasted Sweet & Spicy Nuts or our Deviled Eggs du Jour.   The legendary Cajun seasoned popcorn, “Slap Ya Mama” is free!
