Even if you don't choose to dine al fresco, there is still a lot to like about the atmosphere at Juliette. Their indoor garden room is a peaceful and tranquil setting. The restaurant is decorated with antique Parisian fixtures and furnishings that evoke a feeling of nostalgia. But there is also an energetic, very contemporary feel to Juliette; one that is reflected in everything from the servers and mixologists to the drinks and food that are being served. If you're here for brunch, jump start your morning (or afternoon) with a Pepino. This high energy cocktail boasts a generous pour of Tito's vodka, sparkling lemonade, lemon, simple syrup and cucumber. The bar turns out one cocktail after another that you will want to sip and savor. The Fresh Start gives you infused saffron gin, carrot juice, ginger and lime as well as a shot of celery bitters. For a very fruity and refreshing experience, give the Royal Garden a try. This cocktail consists of Rosemary infused vodka, prosecco, fresh strawberries, lemon and agave.

Brunch dishes range from roasted banana stuffed French toast, eggs benedict and a traditional Croque -Monsieur to their signature dish, eggs forestiere, which consists of wild mushrooms, creamed Tuscan kale, artichokes, fried eggs and sourdough garlic toast. For dinner, you might want to get a true taste of what it's like to dine in Paris, by ordering one of their traditional dishes such as the Duck confit, Escargot Maison and, of course, their onion soup gratinee. All-in-all , Juliette Restaurant affords you an exquisite dining experience. One that you won't soon forget.

Northern Territory - Brooklyn

Brooklyn is not known for having an exceptionally large contingent of Australians, although there are pockets of proud Aussies scattered throughout the city. But even if you don't hail from the land down under, chances are that once you taste the food and cocktails at Northern territory, you'll become an honorary Aussie for sure. At night, the sweeping view of Brooklyn from their rooftop is spectacular. The outdoor space is lined with strings of multi-colored lights, which only adds to the romantic atmosphere. Who needs candles? There's a cute canopied bar, right on the roof. Just pull up a stool, make yourself comfortable and sip away.

Summertime refreshers include the My Favorite Tie cocktail. This is a gem of a drink that is composed of Owney's rum, house spiced rum, grapefruit and lime juice, black walnut bitters, Peychaud's floater as well as pineapple and mango puree'.
The territory tea is served in a mason jar. Cool and delightful, this adult tea is a blend of 44 North Nectarine Vodka, kiwi puree and house-made iced tea. In addition to their outstanding cocktail list, Northern Territory carries a great selection of draft beers including a few imported brand's from Australia.

You will love the starters, snacks and mains here. There is a large Greek community in Australia and the kitchen does a fantastic Greek salad as well as marinated chicken and pork skewers. You could call them Souvlaki but with a down under touch. All of the skewers are good but try the grilled mushrooms and peppers with basil pesto. Awesomely good! Authentic Aussie menu items include savory meat pies with mashed potatoes or mushy peas, lamb lollipops with honey-mint dip and the signature beef burger. The Aussie burger is topped with lettuce, tomato, onions and beet root. You can make it even more authentic by adding a pineapple ring to the proceedings.

Berry Park - Brooklyn

From the outside this uber-cool cocktail bar doesn't look very much at all like anything resembling a park. Maybe a hip dive bar more than anything else. But once you ascend to their second floor rooftop beer garden terrace, perceptions change for the better. Much, much better. And to top things off (get the pun?), there is a mouth-watering selection of frozen drinks that are available only on the rooftop!
BerryPark 2
The beer and cocktails flow freely in this mock German beer garden. Taking up most of the roof, this well-appointed space is very welcoming. The decor is hip and, while the beer may be authentically German and Eastern European, everything else is Brooklyn trendy, but without trying too hard. The table bottoms that have been fashioned out of barrels are a nice touch, indeed. Drinks that will make your top ten cocktails in the city list are the Gin and Germaine Martini, (Hendrick's Gin with St. Germaine and fresh cucumber) and their Huckleberry Lemonade, made with vodka, lemonade and club soda. Another great choice is the summer Margarita, a heady blend of tequila, Cointreau and lime with a salted rim. Bar bites range from Frickles with a chiplote aioli and Park fries, topped with garlic mayo and scallions, to a huge warm Bavarian pretzel complete with spicy mustard and cornichons.
BerryPark 3
Mains include a shrimp skillet, pork schnitzel and fish n' chips. If you are very hungry then don't hesitate to go big with their German style sausage platter. Your plate includes knockwurst, cheddar bratwurst, chicken brat and sauerkraut along with one of their famous pretzel rolls. They get a very cool, friendly crowd at Berry Park, so there' always plenty of good company. And don't forget, live soccer can always be found on one of their TV's in the first floor bar area.

ESH Israeli Barbeque - Brooklyn

The culinary theme here is wood-fired BBQ, Israeli style. It works, especially when you have your food together with one of ESH's craft cocktails or a glass of beer or wine. Total summertime fun.

The outdoor, rooftop space is wood paneled with planters filled with shrubbery and flowers strategically placed around the tables and bar. Needless to say, the view is just made for Instagram and Facebook. Weekdays, from 4:30 to 7 PM, ESH features a very popular Happy Hour with select wines and beers going for only $5. You can also get a Radeberger and a burger for $10. Their wood-fired grill gives meats and veggies a very nice flavor. Israeli BBQ is not the most common culinary concept that can be found around town. But it is well worth your attention. The butter roasted cabbage and cauliflower are delicious veggie options. The grilled octopus with pine nuts and olives is succulent and satisfying. A trio of dishes stand out from the crowd, if you are into more carnivorous options. The turkey kufta with sunflower and sesame seeds is excellent as is the pork rib plate with dates. Ignore the smoked lamb shoulder at your own peril.

The food that appears on your plate is as beautiful as the atmosphere. That should be no surprise since you are eating food cooked by a chef who actually beat Bobby Flay on National TV. That's right. Chef Brian Tsao appeared on "Beat Bobby Flay" where he defeated the celebrated chef in a battle for taco supremacy. At Kimoto, you can actually enjoy the dish that did Bobby Flay in. Brian's signature creation, Beef Bulgogi tacos, consists of kimchi slaw, an Asian pear, won ton shell and toasted sesame. One bite and you'll know why Chef Flay had a bad night. A multi-faceted person, Brian Tsao, plays guitar and is lead vocalist in a band that performs around Brooklyn. Rooftop bar bites include spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, Gyoza pot stickers and nachos with yuzu guacamole. You may order your fries three ways... with Nori and sea salt, with truffle and Parmesan dusting or you can go spicy togarashi.

Chef's Bento boxes are served with white rice, potato croquette, pickles, sea weed salad and shrimp tempura. Options include grilled Portobello mushrooms, chicken Teriyaki or pork tonkatsu cutlet. Their signature cocktail is the Kimoto which is made from Four Roses Bourbon, sage, Rosemary, thyme, lemon, a hint of maple, mandarin orange and an egg white. It's a marvelous mix of ingredients. The Drunken Mantis not only has a very amusing name but also an incredible mix of ingredients; lime infused Absolut, sake, jasmine ,mint and ginger beer. The No Sleep Till... cocktail blends Aperol with lemon, lychee and sparkling wine . On the rooftop you can enjoy an endless array of domestic and Japanese beers.
