Our custom made twin brick, wood fired ovens can reach temperatures of up to a scorching 900+ degrees, searing in juices and keeping a roast, steak, short rib burger, even the breast of our Piri Piri Chicken succulent, tender and flavorful while also cooking the perfect artichoke, baking flat breads or seared Jalepenos for our house infused Jalepeno Vodka.
