On the tour, foodies will be able to sample entrees, appetizers and desserts from a carefully selected group of restaurants in a particular neighborhood. The tour is a colorful and tasty slice of the neighborhood lasting from two to three hours.

Only "A" rated restaurants, that Dawn has personally checked out, are included in the tours. Yes, atmosphere and great food are important, but cleanness and your health are paramount. Dawn has done around fifteen Foodie tours in Astoria and feels that it's one of the richest neighborhoods in terms of having great restaurants. One tour emphasized the diversity of cuisines in the area, taking in Greek, Italian, Colombian and Indian restaurants. At each place, the group is set up with a sampler that reflects the best of the menu. Dawn's tours allow you to experience great company together with some wonderful food. It's so much fun discovering new tastes and restaurants in a group of like-minded people.

A recent Taste of Flatbush tour took in Russian, Kosher Deli, Italian and Balkan cuisine. Also included was a visit to a chocolatier shop where all chocolates are made in-house.
