Tania encourages neighborhood pet parents to come in with their pets to participate in the free playtime hours program. It's a fun way for pets to get exercise and socialize with other animals. Customer feedback is also very important to the staff at the Jumping Bulldog. During the rough economic times, Tania has made The Jumping Bulldog a drop-off point for customers/neighbors to leave gently used goods/pet apparel that they will pass on to pet parents in need. Owners Randi and Phil Klein have been in the petcare business since 1988, when they opened their flagship store on the Lower East Side.
