The pastry chef who invented the twenty-layer crêpes cake Brulée, is a certifiable genius. The mixologists at AYZA have outdone themselves when it comes to conjuring up the perfect chocolate martini. There are six different glasses of chocolate elixir to choose from. All come with a complementary chocolate truffle by Jaques Torres. The strawberry chocolate martini blends Grey Goose, Tequila Rose, Godiva dark and Got milk truffle.

Creme de menthe, creme de cocoa, heavy cream and grand cru make up the mint chocolate martini. The chocolate Manhattan will take you to a very pleasurable place. The ingredients are chocolate bourbon, sweet and dry vermouth and angostura bitters.

AYZA offers a selection of over 90 fine wines and champagnes. You can pair up artisanal cheese from the cheese board with a glass of wine. The house cheese fondue has just the right amount of creaminess and consistency. Various accompaniments include pumpernickel bread, cauliflower, beef salami, carrots, apples, French cornichons, cucumbers and even gluten-free bread.  The kitchens dinner menu is so good, it might just make you delay satisfying your craving for chocolate.

Mezze plates and starters have a Mediterranean flair. The wild mushroom pita tart is filled with kale, mozzarella, a touch of truffle oil and shaved parmigiano.
